position dominating the famous play of the umbrian hills giving the perception
to live on a round world .Just in front of the villa raise up the
medieval town of Todi. Umbria is one of the most interesting area
for history ,art and nature in Italy.In the garden there is a very special
pool from where you will feel to plunge in the open space, looking
the history with the impressive Cupola del Bramante and the amazing
yellow sunflowers-fields . The garden is also delighted by hundred red
roses. The villa's interior is airy and spacious. The beautiful, large
windows, with typical arches, let plenty of light inside The Villa can
host 8 people + 4 in 4 bedrooms all with enusite bathrooms.. In the ground
floor there is a very large and well equipped kitchen with a huge stone’s
fireplace.Near the kitchen there is a marvellous salon with sail-ceiling
with table for 12, sofa corner and TV-Sat. By the salon there is an office
and also an usuful pantry with an extra freezer and washing machine. Also
in the ground floor there is a toilet room. |
